Registration will open on June 28th, 2024
We use the Ramp Registration system. If you do not yet have a Ramp account, you will need to create an account before beginning the registration proces. Here is the link to register: Southwest Winnipeg Ringette Association : RAMP Registrations
Registration will go live on Friday, June 28th. This is for all players of all ages and skill levels. If registering to tryout for "A" (which is for U12 and older), you will select this option on the registration page and pay a non-refundable $130 tryout fee in addition to the general registration cost. Tryouts will be held September 3-12 this year. If you plan to tryout for A, the deadline to register is July 28th. For anyone not trying out for A, registration will remain open into early September.

For those new or unfamiliar with the "'A" tryout process, we will be hosting a virtual information session on Tuesday, July 9th at 8pm. This session will provide an overview of how centralized tryouts are conducted and will offer anyone interested an opportunity to ask additional questions about how it all works. If participants would like to submit their questions in advance, feel free to email them to info@swra.ca and we will make sure they are answered at the session. Attached to this email you will also find a summary of the tryout process as well as some general expectations for players who intend to play "A". It is absolutely okay to hold off on registering until after the information session so that you and your athlete can make an informed decision about whether A is right for you; the tryout fee will not be refunded if you change your mind before tryouts.
