Welcome

Thank you for your interest in being a Bench Staff member of a Southwest Winnipeg Ringette Association team.  Team staff are critical to the continued growth of this incredible sport in our area.  Nothing has a greater impact on the enjoyment of the game for our players than their coaches, assistant coaches and team managers. The Manitoba Ringette Association recognizes this as do we at the SWRA.  SWRA has a designated Director of Coach Development, whose role is to support our team staff, offering support, guidance and tips if you require.

We are trying to expand the tools available to our bench staff so please visit our website often for new ideas and information.  If you have some great Ringette coaching resources send them our way at communications@swra.ca and we will add them to the site.
